Current delivery market
PrismBay Clean currently accepts checkout and delivery only for eligible addresses in the United States. Each live Stripe payment link is configured for U.S. shipping addresses.
Product price and checkout
The storefront displays the current listed product price in U.S. dollars. Product buttons open the matching Stripe-hosted checkout page. Customers should review the product, amount and delivery information shown on Stripe before submitting payment.
Shipping address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout. Address errors may delay or prevent fulfillment. Contact support promptly if an address correction is needed after payment.
Stock and fulfillment confirmation
PrismBay Clean uses third-party suppliers and fulfillment routes. Supplier stock and delivery timing are confirmed after payment. If an item is unavailable or the order cannot be fulfilled through a legitimate route, PrismBay Clean issues a full refund rather than silently substituting an unverified product.
Delivery timing
Timing varies by product, supplier, carrier and destination. PrismBay Clean does not publish a guaranteed delivery date unless the same commitment is supported by the order's fulfillment record.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information is supplied through the relevant order or fulfillment process. Carrier scan timing and delivery-event updates remain subject to the carrier's systems.
Delivery problems
For a missing, delayed or delivery-related issue, email support@prismbayai.com from the email associated with checkout and provide enough order detail for support to locate the purchase.
Payment security
Do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords or online-banking credentials by email. Card entry takes place on Stripe's hosted checkout service.
