Updated October 31, 2026. These terms describe the PrismBay Cashflow Studio v1 digital workbook and its purchase process. The operator is STUDYSMARTZ LLC, doing business under the PrismBay Digital brand.
Product and compatibility
The product is an original downloadable ZIP archive containing a Cashflow Studio XLSX workbook, START_HERE.txt and LICENSE.txt. The workbook includes five worksheets, a 12-month reporting view and room for 300 transactions. It requires Microsoft Excel or compatible software. Compatibility and recalculation behavior vary across spreadsheet apps. Nothing is shipped physically.
Price and checkout
The listed one-time price is USD $5.99, before any taxes shown by Stripe where applicable. There is no recurring subscription. Purchases open a separate Stripe-hosted checkout page. You enter card details directly with Stripe, not this website. Review your final amount before payment.
Digital access and delivery
After completing payment, you are redirected to a PrismBay confirmation page with a Verify payment and download button. The delivery service checks the live Stripe Checkout Session against the exact price and payment link before generating a short-lived private ZIP link. The confirmation page alone does not establish payment. If your redirect or download fails, contact support with the email used at checkout and the Stripe receipt reference.
Use license
One purchaser receives a license to use and adapt the workbook for personal or internal business activities. Resale, redistribution, sublicensing or sharing the blank template as a commercial product is not permitted. You retain ownership of the business data you enter. The workbook itself does not collect or upload those entries to PrismBay.
Refunds and corrections
If a paid order cannot be delivered, the ZIP is corrupt, or the product differs materially from its description, contact support for correction or refund review. Explain the issue and provide your Stripe receipt reference. Remedies are assessed case by case and subject to applicable consumer protection laws. No blanket promise of refunds or exclusions is made here. Approved refunds follow the original payment route and card-network posting times vary.
Limits of the workbook
Cashflow Studio is a planning and recordkeeping aid, not a certified accounting service, financial advice, tax calculator, bank integration, financial performance guarantee, or substitute for professional review. The provided examples are fictional, not customer testimonials or actual business performance.
Privacy and security
This GitHub Pages product page does not collect card numbers or connect to your banking data. Stripe handles payment information, while the protected delivery endpoint checks the paid session. Avoid sending passwords or full card details to customer support. Read the Privacy Policy and Store Terms for additional information.
